GENERAL
i will not do;
mecha
complex armour
gritty pieces
PAYMENT
paypal (USD) only
additional charges for complex designs, rush time, nsfw, and revisions for lines
10% discount for returning clients
full payment must be provided upfront
or
50/50 payment on commissions over $100 USD
PROCESS
there is a 2-6 week turnaround time depending on multiple factors, such as;
order of commission, complexity, school, etc.
you will be provided with 2-3 progress shots, and will be permitted the number of revisions as listed on each pricing page
feel free to message me at any time to ask about commission progress! i will be honest and upfront about everything regarding your commission. i highly value client satisfaction and communication.
USAGE
even after the transaction has been made, i, tobin (kiwibiii) hold the rights to my work.
the commissioner may use the art for any personal or promotional use, with credit linking directly to my page.
the commissioner may not use my work for merchandise, unless it has been discussed between us.
the commissioner may not alter my work in any way, aside from cropping, without permission from me.
REFUNDS
once a sketch has been provided to the commissioner, they no longer hold the right to demand a refund/chargeback.
should the commissioner file a chargeback, i, the artist, reserve the right to resell the work done for them.
